GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A Greenville man was killed in a crash on the city's west side Tuesday night.
The single-vehicle crash happened just before 6 p.m. near the intersection of Staunton Bridge Road and Pender Drive.
Investigators said the driver, 34-year-old Corey Jenkins, was traveling north on Staunton Bridge Road when he ran off the right side of the road and hit a tree. He was pronounced dead at Greenville Memorial Hospital about a half-hour later.
Jenkins was not wearing a seat belt, according to the Greenville County Coroner's Office.
