ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Two people were stabbed after an argument between neighbors in Anderson escalated Tuesday night, according to deputies.
Chad McBride, spokesman for the Anderson County Sheriff's Office, said someone who lives on Camelot Drive got into an argument with a pair of brothers who live next door. He said the argument escalated and the brothers were stabbed.
McBride said one of the brothers was stabbed in the head, while the other was stabbed in the arm. He said neither of the injuries appear to be serious.
It was not immediately clear if any arrests had been made.
