ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

President Barack Obama will visit Asheville next Wednesday, according to a White House official.

The president's visit will come just a day after he speaks to Congress during the annual State of the Union address.

Obama seems to enjoy spending time in Asheville. This will be the president's fourth visit to the western North Carolina town since he began campaigning for the nation's highest office in 2008.
