President Obama to deliver State of the Union address Tuesday night

SPRINGFIELD, MA (WSHM) -

Tuesday, at 9 p.m., President Barack Obama will deliver the State of the Union Address.

The president will be using tonight to discuss more spending on infrastructure and manufacturing.

He's also expected to announce the removal of 34,000 U.S. troops from Afghanistan within a year.

According to the White House, Obama will also make the case that North Korea's nuclear program has served only to further isolate that country.
