An Upstate woman may be holding the "Golden Ticket" after buying a winning $1 million lottery ticket recently.
South Carolina Education Lottery officials were pleased to award the woman her earnings after buying the Money Money Millionaire instant ticket at the Spinx on Old Spartanburg Road in Greer.
They said the woman did not want to release her name, but the store said she is a regular customer and has won the lotto before.
The odds of winning the Money Money Millionaire game are 1 out of 1.5 million and there are still three $1 million prizes left.
The lucky win has boosted game sales at the store, lottery officials said.
The store received a $10,000 commission for selling the claimed ticket.
