Sunday at 3pm! Sunday will be so much nicer than Saturday, but honestly I don't mind a little cold rain on a Saturday when I can sit inside, drink something warm, and just relax! Here's how the weekend shakes out:
Saturday morning: Cloudy, showers, and fog. Temps in the low 40s for most spots.
Saturday afternoon: Sun emerges in the mountains, while clouds slowly break up in the Upstate. Highs will reach the 50s.
Saturday night: Mostly clear with lows in the mid to upper 30s.
Sunday: NICE! Sunny with highs in the upper 50s for the mountains and mid 60s for the Upstate.
Enjoy Sunday, because Monday and Tuesday will bring more cold rain.
Colder air settles in middle to late week, and it's during that time that our computer models have been doing all sorts of things with a potential low pressure system. Right now the likelihood of any winter weather looks small, but there are certainly signs that the prospect could change if the right set up emerges. The cold air certainly looks to be in place Wednesday-Friday. Stay tuned!
