By separating the task engine from the Kinetic Request service request management platform, Kinetic Task enables companies to fully integrate workflow processes generated from any system, thereby streamlining approvals, scheduling and service fulfillment.
Through Kinetic Task, users can initiate processes with any system as the activity source. The activities are automatically executed via task trees that can be created with minimal IT involvement. Kinetic Task can communicate with virtually any enterprise application, such as ERP, human resources and ITSM platforms. By providing this capability, the product allows enterprises to benefit from a non-proprietary ERM approach for centralized business process automation and service delivery management(SDM).
