SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Officers said they received several calls from residents in a Spartanburg neighborhood Friday after shots were fired.
Spartanburg police were called to a home on George Street about 3:15 p.m. where the victim reported several men came to the front door, fired shots inside the home then fled the scene in a white Dodge Charger.
Police said as the shooters fled the scene, one of them dropped a gun at the front door, which the victim picked up and fired shots at them as they drove away. Police said they found several gun shells at the scene.
No one was injured in the shooting and so far, no arrests have been made, police said.
