Man's body found behind Williamston business

WILLIAMSTON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The death of a man whose body was found behind a Williamston business Monday afternoon is under investigation, according to police.

Williamston Police Chief Tony Taylor said officers were called to a business on West Main Street about 2 p.m.

Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore identified the man as 37-year-old Timothy Owens. He said foul play does not appear to have been involved in the man's death. He said an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
