A Spartanburg man was arrested Tuesday after deputies said he fondled a 14-year-old girl.
According to an incident report from the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office, the girl told deputies that 18-year-old Nathan Mize inappropriately touched her while she awoke.
Mize admitted to touching the girl during an interview with investigators, according to the incident report.
Mize was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. He is being held in the Spartanburg County Detention Center.
