BETHESDA, Md., March 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: MTGE) ("MTGE" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.90 per share for the first quarter 2013.  The dividend is payable on April 26, 2013 to common shareholders of record as of March 20, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 18, 2013.
