Police: Asheville real estate agent arrested on drug charges

ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

An Asheville real estate agent was arrested Tuesday after police said he was supplying other people in the same industry with drugs.

Asheville police said Benjamin Falcon was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, sell and deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule I narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling.

Falcon is being held on $2,500 bond.
