DURHAM, NC (FOX Carolina) -
Police in Durham, NC, have canceled an Amber Alert that was issued for a missing 5-year-old boy Monday morning.
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety said the missing boy was Christopher Anthony Rojas. They said he was last seen wearing a dark and light blue T-shirt and dark and light blue plaid shorts.
State police said they were looking for 35-year-old Santos Reynaldo as a suspect in connection with the boy's disappearance. Police said they were last seen about midnight at 2303 Lednum St. Apt CB, in Durham.
The Amber Alert was issued about 6:30 a.m. and canceled about two hours later, according to WRAL in Raleigh. WRAL reported that the boy was found safe.
