Two people were killed, and a third person was injured in a Friday night crash, according to troopers in Anderson County.
The crash happened along the Highway 28 Bypass near the Walmart after 9 p.m.
Troopers said the driver and passenger of a Chevy pickup truck died in the crash, and the driver of a Mazda sedan was taken to the hospital with severe injuries.
The three victims involved in the crash were trapped in their vehicles, troopers said.
The coroner said 68-year-old Henry Eugene Jones of Easley and his wife, 70-year-old Mildred Jones, died instantly when their pickup truck collided with the Mazda sedan.
