Taylors man accused of having sex with NC girl, 15

COLUMBUS, NC (FOX Carolina) -

A Taylors, SC, man was arrested Saturday after deputies said he had sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Polk County deputies said 31-year-old Carlos Rocha was arrested after the girl's parents reported an inappropriate relationship between Rocha and the girl.

Rocha was charged with statutory rape, first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, dissemination of pornographic material to a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was being held in the county jail on $175,000 bond.

Immigration and Custom Enforcement has also placed a hold on Rocha, according to deputies.
