GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A fire destroyed a home in downtown Greenville on Monday night.
The fire started about 8:30 p.m. at a home near the intersection of Rutherford and Stall streets.
Pictures of the scene showed thick smoke billowing from the house.
Firefighters said the blaze appears to have started in the kitchen.
No one was injured in the fire.
