WARE SHOALS, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A Ware Shoals man was killed and another driver was injured in a crash in Laurens County on Wednesday night.
The crash happened at 11:45 p.m. along Powerhouse Road.
Troopers said the two-vehicle crash involved a sport utility vehicle and a car.
The driver of the car, identified by Laurens County Coroner Nick Nichols as 52-year-old Glenn O'Dell, died at the scene after being trapped inside the car, troopers said.
The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital for treatment.
O'Dell was not wearing his seat belt, troopers said.
