ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Anderson police said a woman is dead after being stabbing in the chest, then crashing her car Wednesday night.

Lt. Tony Tilley with the Anderson Police Department said officers were first called to the accident at a home on I Street. He said officers found the car crashed into a home's porch with a woman inside.

Coroner Charlie Boseman identified the victim as Kalisha Williams of Pendleton. He said right now the investigation shows that Williams and a long time friend were inside the home next door when they started arguing and she was stabbed.

He said that's when Williams got in a car, then crashed. That's when the other stabbing victim, came outside and EMS was called, Boseman said.

Both women were taken to AnMed Hospital, where Williams died. Police said the second stabbing victim, had minor injuries.

A neighbor said she was terrified as it all took place.

"I don't know I just ran down here, I mean we weren't that close but just for the fact that she was a classmate since I was in elementary school I know of her, I know her," neighbor Lintoria Morrison said.

So far no charges have been filed in the case.
