EASLEY, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Police said two drunk drivers crashed into an Easley home Thursday morning.

Easley police said the wreck happened at a home on Davis Street about 1 a.m., when officers found one car crashed into a home. The homeowner told FOX Carolina the second car rear-ended the first car.

When officers spoke with the drivers, they both admitted to having a few beers, according to the police report.

The first driver was 21-year-old James Nichols, whose blood alcohol level registered 0.2, and the second driver was 21-year-old Elizabeth Best, whose level was 0.23., according to the police report.

"(Best) said he said to follow him, and that's what she did.  He went into the basement, and she was going into the basement with him, I guess," he said.

Both drivers were arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
