Bob Jones celebrates Easter with 'living' art

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

This weekend, Bob Jones University is hosting Living Gallery, a program encompassing drama, special choral and orchestral arrangements and live portrayals of classic works of art to celebrate Easter.

The program will include "living" paintings using actors including DaVinci's Last Supper and Rembrandt's The Three Crosses.

Performers and those involved said it takes hundreds of hours to construct the set and costumes.

The show has been an Upstate tradition since 1998.

The program is being held at the University's Rodeheaver Auditorium. Show times on Friday  include 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. On Saturday show times include 2, 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $11 for adults and $9 for children ages 6-12.
