GAFFNEY, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Cherokee County deputies said a major drug roundup led to the arrest of 17 people and a search for three more suspects.

With the help of the FBI Gang Task force, deputies followed up on an undercover investigation and spent Thursday arresting local drug dealers.

Sheriff Steve Mueller said the operation focused on parts of the county where citizens have complained about drug activity. Thirty-five warrants were signed leading for 20 suspects.

Following the roundup's success, Mueller said another operation was is in the works.

"If you are a drug dealer in this county you should wonder if you are going to be in the next roundup because our officers will be coming after you," Mueller said in a release sent to FOX Carolina on Saturday.

As of the weekend, deputies were still looking for 26-year-old Jonathan Futrell, 23-year-old Kiwanus Bonner, both of Gaffney, and 21-year-old Brandon Frazier of Blacksburg.

In 2012, deputies made 374 drug arrests across the county.

If anyone has information on the three suspects' whereabouts or drug activity in their neighborhood, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-274-6372.
