COLUMBIA, SC (FOX Carolina) -

South Carolina authorities have canceled the endangered person advisory for an 88-year-old Georgia man.

According to the State Law Enforcement Division, William McCranie was last seen leaving his Stone Mountain home in a silver 1995 Ford Econoline van with Georgia tag PD33U5.

McCranie was possibly spotted in Allendale about 10:30 a.m. Thursday, according to SLED.

Officials said they now believe that McCraine is no longer in South Carolina, and he is now headed to Florida.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray shirt and green jacket, authorities said. McCranie is described as 5'9" tall, weighs 210 pounds, has brown eyes and white hair.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 immediately.
