Missing Hendersonville girls may be in Central FL

HENDERSONVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Two Hendersonville girls have been missing for three weeks and may be in the Orlando, FL, area, according to police.

Hendersonville police said Hannah Shaw, 9, and Hailey Shaw, 7, were picked up on May 27 from school by their mother who does not have custody of them.

Police said the girls' father has a temporary emergency custody order for them.

The girls have been entered into the National Crime Information Computer system as missing and anyone who sees them is asked to call their local law enforcement agency.

Police said the girls may be in the Orlando, FL, area.

According to the missing persons flyer issued by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the girls may be traveling in a 2001 Volkswagen Passat with their mother and an adult male.
