SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A woman shopping at the Dorman Centre Walmart said a man flashed and fondled himself in front of her on Sunday, according to police.

Spartanburg police said they were called to the store at 4 p.m. after the woman reported seeing the man flash her.

The woman was shopping in the toy department when she noticed a man watching her, according to the police report. She told police that he kept near her and then she saw he was touching himself and had exposed his genitals, the report stated.

She went to find a manager but when they tried to find the man they could not, police said.

In the report, the man was described as in his early 40s, having a stocky build, wearing a black T-shirt and long blue basketball shorts, and carrying a large brown envelope. Police said he had a low beard, was about 5'10" tall and weigh between 200 – 225 lbs.

Police said the store had surveillance video of the incident.

Anyone with information about the man or case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
