HUNTING ISLAND, S.C. (FOX CAROLINA) -

Two bodies have been recovered off Hunting Island and a third person is still missing, according to Beaufort County authorities.

The body of 16-year-old Nathan Mok of Chesnee was found on Sunday. His father, 38-year-old Tiem Mok, was found dead on Monday, according to the Coroner.

The third person is believed to be a cousin of the teen victim who had just moved to the Upstate from Philadelphia.

The teens were swept out to sea while using their boogie boards, according to witnesses.

Deputies said that Tiem Mok went in and rescued a 14-year-old girl. He then went back into the water to rescue the other teens who were caught in a riptide, according to deputies.

He did not return.
