COLUMBIA, SC (AP) -
Three Republican governors who are potential 2016 presidential candidates are helping Gov. Nikki Haley raise money toward her expected bid for a second term.
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal and Texas Gov. Rick Perry are all slated to attend the Aug. 26 fundraiser in Greenville, a particularly conservative part of a GOP-controlled state that holds the first-in-the-South presidential primary.
According to an invitation to the event, the cost starts at $1,000 per couple. For $3,500 per couple, attendees can arrive 30 minutes earlier and get photos taken with the governors.
Haley has yet to officially announce that she'll seek a second term in 2014, though a rematch is expected between her and Democratic state Sen. Vincent Sheheen.
