GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The mother of a 16-year-old runaway girl says her daughter is back home and the man she was with is in jail.

The mom of Chloe Edwards, of Greenville, said Chloe saw her photo on television and asked Donnetelo Leonardo "Ninja" Jackson, 23, to drop her off home.

Chloe's mom told FOX Carolina she was OK and after Jackson left, he was arrested.

Anderson County deputies had issued a release saying they were looking for Chloe on Thursday, thinking she was Jackson, who was wanted on an assault charge.

Capt. Garland Major with the Anderson County Sheriff's Office said Chloe left her grandparents home at Hartwell Villas about 1:30 p.m. Sunday and had not seen her since.

According to the Greenville County Detention Center's website, Jackson was arrested on charges of assault and battery, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, among other charges.

FOX Carolina is working to find out more about Jackson's arrest.
