GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A Greenville man was sentenced to concurrent sentences of 25 years and 10 years after he was convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and lewd act with a minor, according to the solicitor.

Michael E. Moon, 64, must serve at least 85 percent of the 25-year sentence before he becomes eligible for parole, Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor Walt Wilkins said.

The solicitor said evidence presented at the trial that Moon sexually assaulted a 6-year-old child on multiple occasions between 2008 and 2010.
