BEREA, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Portions of a Greenville County road have reopened after crews cleaned up after a messy single-vehicle crash, Thursday night.

Troopers said portions of Old Hunts Bridge Road were closed following a crash near Rutledge Lake Road in the Berea area just after 7 p.m.

Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said a car ran off the road and into trees.

The driver and three passengers were taken to the hospital with injuries, troopers said.

Troopers said the crash remains under investigation.
