GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

If you've ever needed a reason to go to the gym and work out, CKO Kickboxing of Greenville is giving you one.

They are teaming up with The Mujer Project, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help women break the bounds of dependency and poverty by promoting healthy and self-sufficient lives, by hosting a Punch-a-thon.

"The reason we decided to do this punch-a-thon and work with the Mujer Project is because we want to help. We believe in women, and believe the Mujer Project is an awesome, amazing non-profit organization. At CKO we love to get  involved with the community," CKO owner and Head trainer, Carlos Handal told FOX Carolina.

The Punch-a-thon fundraiser is Saturday, Sept. 14 at 9 a.m. at the CKO Kickboxing studio in Greenville. They are asking for a minimum ten dollar donation for the full 90 minute class. If you plan to attend, try to arrive ten minutes before the class. It's located at 626 Congaree Rd. Suite 1, Greenville, SC 29607.

It's open for all levels, beginners, intermediate and advanced. You're guaranteed to have a great workout.
