The first weekend of the Big E's Saturday festivities brought people from across the country for the initial auditions for next season's Survivor.
More than 140 people got in front of the camera, letting producers know why they should be cast on the show.
Saturday's audition drew people from as far away as California, Washington, Oregon and Colorado.
CBS 3 also caught up with one local resident who believed they were ready for the national spotlight.
"I am super-athletic, unbelievably competitive and I love the ocean," said Robin Dudley, a South Hadley resident. "I love the beach, love the jungle. [It's] perfect."
If you missed Saturday's auditions, there is another chance to try out for Survivor next Saturday at the Big E.
That will go from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the CBS 3 Springfield studio.
