TAYLORS, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Two people were sent to the hospital early Sunday morning after Greenville County deputies said they were shot during what appeared to be a burglary.

Greenville County deputies said they were called to a home on West Lee Road in Taylors around 12:20 a.m. with reports of a shooting.

When they arrived, deputies said they found two victims with gunshot wounds.

Deputies said the victims were staying at the home when the burglary occurred.

The victims were taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital, where deputies said, at last check, they were still being treated. The extent of their injuries has not been released.

Deputies said they're still working to determine a motive and have not identified any suspects at this time.
