ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Asheville police said they have identified and signed arrest warrants for the man accused of robbing a CVS pharmacy.

Police said Foyd Bryson, 26, is wanted in connection with the Sept. 18 robbery of the CVS on Merrimon Avenue.

Police said Bryson approached the pharmacy counter, grabbed a woman from behind and pulled her to the counter with him, telling her not to move.

That's when he passed a hand-written note to the pharmacist threatening harm if he did not get the pills he wanted, police said. He fled with the drugs, police said.

Police said Bryson has family in Candler but is believed homeless. He is described as 6'2" tall and 200 pounds. Police said the photo of Bryson is from 2005 and he has since lost weight.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 828-255-5050 or police at 828-252-1110.
