TAYLORS, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Two masked robbers wanted in connection with two holdups Thursday night have been arrested, according to Lt. Tim Ridgeway of the Greenville County Sheriff's Office.

A person was robbed at gunpoint at InTown Suites on Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors, and then a few minutes later, a victim was robbed near Kosta's Grill, Ridgeway said.

Ridgeway said one suspect was wearing a Scream mask, and the other was wearing a clown mask.

The victim was robbed of his cell phone and money near Kosta's, and the victim at InTown Suites was robbed in the laundry room, Ridgeway said.

Ridgeway said no shots were fired and no one was hurt.

Tracking dogs were able to locate clothing and the stolen cell phones near the Wendy's restaurant on Wade Hampton, and that lead deputies to the two suspects, according to Ridgeway.

Deputies initially said two teens were taken into custody at a home near the fast-food restaurant, but once they released their names, they revealed one of the suspects was actually 20 years old.

Ridgeway said the suspects confessed to using a pellet gun to commit the armed robberies.

Deputies identified the suspects as Nathaniel Morris, 20, and Quanjha Simpson, 17. Online jail records show they are being held on multiple counts of armed robbery, two counts of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and individual counts of attempted armed robbery and unlawful wearing of a mask.

According to the arrest warrants, Morris was wearing the clown mask and Simpson was wearing the "Scream" mask when they robbed the group of teens.

Both suspects appeared in bond court Friday morning where they were given $200,000 bonds each.
