Police: Arrest made in gang-related shooting

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson Police detectives made an arrest in the gang-related shooting death of 28-year-old Brandon Luster.

Police said Luster was shot in an apartment complex on Oct. 16 in the 2500 block of N. Fontana.

The suspect was identified as 33-year-old Donald Woods. Police said he turned himself in to U.S. Marshals after meeting with his attorney.

He was booked into the Pima County Jail for one count of first degree murder and one count of prohibited possessor.
