ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A man has been charged after a local artist had a sculpture stolen, and the theft was caught on camera.

William Crawford, 70, of Anderson has been charged with grand larceny, over $2,000 but less than $10,000, according to warrants from Anderson police.

Employees of the Anderson Arts Center said they noticed the bronze sculpture of a nude woman missing on Oct. 23.

Shortly after, the museum released footage of the theft of the sculpture, which was created by Zan Wells and was priced at $4,950.
