PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A suspected drug smuggler tried to out-smart the law by hiding drugs in a hollowed out WD-40 can, but couldn't hide the scent from drug-sniffing dogs.

Heroin, cocaine, meth and ecstasy were discovered in a single WD-40 container in a car at a checkpoint on State Route 90 near Tucson on Monday morning, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

CBP said they also found marijuana.

The driver, a U.S. citizen, was arrested.
