LAURENS, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A 31-year-old Laurens County woman who had been missing since Thursday is headed home, according to her family.
Carolina Smith Parrish was reported missing but her family said it was a miscommunication and they said she is safe and on her way home.
Parrish last talked to her family before she went missing after her car broke down, deputies said. She told them she was having issues on the interstate but someone was on their way to assist her, according to Laurens County deputies.
