GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The last suspect wanted is in custody on Wednesday after a teen was fatally shot at a Greenville apartment complex this past weekend, according to the Greenville Police Department.

Two people were arrested earlier in the week and one was wanted after a shooting at The Fairway Club Apartments, at 55 Villa Rd., at about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. The wanted man was taken into custody on Wednesday.

When officers arrived at the scene of the shooting, they said two people were found with gunshot wounds. One of those people was pronounced dead on the scene, and the other was taken to the hospital.

The coroner identified the victim as 18-year-old Gregory Shaquan Saunders, of Greenville. He said Saunders did not live at the apartment complex. Family members say the other victim was Saunders' cousin, a junior at Mauldin High School.

Police said they found Saunders in a black car with the door open.

The coroner said Saunders died from what appears to be a gunshot wound.

Police say 18-year-old Raekwon Mclean is the person who fired the fatal shots. Mclean is charged with murder, attempted murder, armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, according to online jail records.

Police said SWAT teams executed a search warrant for an apartment at The Fairway Club Apartments on Sunday evening, looking for the suspect, but he wasn't there.

Police said two arrests were made in connection to the shooting earlier in the week. Andre Knox, 16, and a 15-year-old are charged with murder, attempted murder, armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Police said Saunders and an acquaintance met with the suspects to buy marijuana. Police said Mclean robbed the victim and shot him with a gun.

Sharia Saunders says her son had big plans for his life after college.

"My son was a good boy. He didn't deserve to die like that," said Sharia Saunders.

Sharia Saunders says her son was a standout basketball player at Carolina high and says she plans to start a foundation to help area youth in his name.

"He was always helping people. I want to do that to keep his legacy alive," said Sharia Saunders.
