ABBEVILLE, SC (AP/FOX Carolina) -
Abbeville County Coroner Ronnie Ashley said Michael "Alex" Compton, 22, died from stab wounds to the chest Friday night.
Abbeville police said another man stabbed Compton following a dispute at the Abbeville Arms Apartments on Oakland Ave.
Abbeville police said they arrested a juvenile suspect. Police said they are not releasing the suspect's name due to his age.
Police said they recovered the knife used in the crime and arrested a 15-year-old in connection with Compton's death.
Ashley said an autopsy will be performed on Compton on Sunday.
He confirmed Compton had a prosthetic leg from a 2001 train accident. Compton was just ten years old when he was hit by a train after his foot got stuck while he was crossing the tracks. Compton used his belt to fashion a makeshift to tourniquet to keep himself from bleeding to death.
