Disney has teamed up with a local food bank to give you the opportunity to be a hero to people who are hungry in the community, and be rewarded with a free ticket to a live Disney performance.

During the "Princesses & Heroes Food Drive" from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, families who donate five or more canned goods will receive a voucher for a free ticket to the opening night performance of Disney On Ice presents Princesses & Heroes, according to organizers.

Officials with Harvest Hope Food Bank said they will used the donated food to stock their new Emergency Food Pantry.

According to a media release, The facility on White Horse Road will open on November 25th, and will have the capacity to provide food for up to 400 people each day.

Organizers said to come out early, because they only had a limited number of ticket vouchers to give away.
