Stolen credit card case has Surprise PD asking for help

SURPRISE, AZ (CBS5) -

Two men who broke into a vehicle in Surprise grabbed the victim's credit cards and used them to make purchases on the next 10 days, police said.

Authorities said they need fresh leads into the incident that happened on Friday, Aug. 16 in the area of 16900 W. Central Street.

Officers said the two subjects were observed on store surveillance using the stolen cards to make unauthorized purchases.

The two suspects and their vehicle may have been involved in another such case in Surprise, police said.

Police ask anyone who can recognize the suspects or pass along other information to call Surprise Police Department at 623-222-4000, or to remain anonymous call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO for Spanish.
