ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Anderson police said they are looking for a woman accused of not coming forward after a suspect shot a man inside a local Denny's restaurant.
Lt. Tony Tilley with Anderson police said they have issued an arrest warrant for Liesha Harvey, 37, of Anderson. He said Harvey is wanted on the charge of accessory after the fact of attempted murder.
Police said Harvey did not come forward during the investigation with facts about the shooting. Police have also issued a warrant for the accused gunman, Michael Todd Stratton, 41.
Police said Stratton got into an argument with the victim at the Denny's on Clemson Boulevard in Anderson around 5 a.m. Saturday. Police said Stratton shot the man in the chest then fled the restaurant. Tilley said Stratton has a possible Atlanta address.
Anderson city police detectives have signed warrants charging Stratton with attempted murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime, Tilley said.
If anyone has any information about Stratton or Harvey's whereabouts, they are asked to call Anderson Area Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
