GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Two people in the Upstate are holding winning lottery tickets worth $10,000, but they are about to expire.

The two Powerball tickets were sold in Spartanburg and McCormick for the Wednesday May 15 drawing but have yet to be claimed, according to the South Carolina Education Lottery.

If you bought a Powerball ticket from either the Raceway at 2205 Chesnee Hwy. in Spartanburg or the AM PM Food Store at 900 W Gold St. in McCormick back in May, you should check your tickets.

The tickets matched four white ball numbers and the red Powerball number. If the winners had bought the additional PowerPlay, the prizes would have increased from $10,000 to $40,000.

The winning numbers for the May 15 drawing were: 2, 11, 26, 34, 41 and Powerball 32.

Whoever has the tickets have until 4 p.m. Monday Nov. 11 to claim their prize in Columbia. If they don't show up, the money will go into the Education Lottery Account.
