SALEM, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Troopers are looking for information about a truck after a hit-and-run accident in Oconee County on Dec. 10 that sent a man to the hospital.

Troopers said they are looking for information on a 2012-2013 Chevy/GMC 2500/3500 pickup truck. They said the truck is possibly white and is missing the passenger's side tow mirror. The truck may also have damage to the passenger side door and down the passenger side of the truck, troopers said.

The 24-year-old victim was flown to Greenville Memorial Hospital with non-fatal injuries, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The highway patrol said the car that struck the man and the driver are unknown.

Troopers said they are continuing to investigate the incident that happened on Highway 11, eight or nine miles south of Salem, near SC 130.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the highway patrol at 864-241-1000 or Crime Stoppers at 888-CRIME-SC.
