HENDERSONVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

A Hendersonville man and bus driver is accused of a sexual crime involving a child and there may be more victims, according to deputies.

Henderson County deputies said they arrested Johnny Johnson, 70, on Thursday and charged him with taking indecent liberties with a child.

According to his arrest warrant, the crime took place between June and December 2013.

Deputies said Johnson met the child on a bus he was driving, but the incident did not happen on the bus.

Deputies said when Johnson was arrested, he was employed by Western North Carolina Community Action as a driver for Apple Country Transportation. When contacted, Apple Country Transportation said they could not comment on Johnson's arrest or employment status. They said the executive director may release a statement later Friday.

Johnson was placed under a $20,000 secured bond.

According to deputies, there could be more victims and anyone with information is asked to contact the Henderson County Sheriff's Office.
