Tamassee, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Three Walhalla men are behind bars facing new charges following their arrest for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars in lottery tickets.

Jon Wacaster, 18, Devin McCrackin, 19, and Richard Rittmayer, 27, are all facing new charges of burglary and petit larceny after Oconee Co. deputies said they broke into the fellowship of Cheohee Baptist Church and stole a Yamaha keyboard.

An incident report said the burglary happened sometime between Sunday and Monday. It also said a deputy spoke to someone at the church who reported the burglary, noting the back door was kicked in and the Yamaha keyboard, valued at $400, was gone. The person who reported the theft also said the parsonage next door to the fellowship hall was also broken into, but it was not clear whether anything was missing.

The new charges come just four days after the trio were arrested for the break-in and theft of $7,000 in lottery tickets from the Litter River General Store on Alexander Road in Salem.

All three are still being held at the Oconee County Detention Center.
