Two couples have been charged after their children tested positive for drugs, according to reports from the Union Police Department.

According to the reports, both cases started from complaints from a DSS worker who said the children tested positive for marijuana and cocaine.

The parents of one child, Terrace Jester and Tabitha Vaughn, were arrested and Vaughn was charged with unlawful neglect, according to police. The charges and a mugshot were not available for Jester at this time.

The other parents, Joseph Rice and Jennifer Inman, were both charged with unlawful neglect, the police said.
