The final college football rankings are in after the BCS National Championship game and the Gamecocks and Tigers rose into the Top 10.
After finishing the year with 11 wins for a third-straight season, South Carolina was ranked 4th in both the AP Top 25 and USA Today polls. The Gamecocks defeated Wisconsin in the Capital One Bowl 34-24.
Following their first BCS win, Clemson was ranked 8th in the AP and 7th in the USA Today poll. Both teams were 11-2 for the season. The Tigers beat Ohio State in the Orange Bowl 40-35.
The complete AP Top 25 teams to end the 2013 season were:
Florida State 14-0
Michigan State 13-1
South Carolina 11-2
Ohio State 12-2
Oklahoma State 10-3
Texas A&M 9-4
Notre Dame 9-4
Arizona State 10-4
