Henrico restaurant manager accused of sexual assault

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -

Henrico police arrested a Henrico restaurant manager for sexually assaulting an employee at a restaurant near Willow Lawn.

Carlos Alberto Ojeda-Aquino, 42, faces charges of indecent liberties with a minor while in a custodial role and sexual object penetration.

The alleged 17-year-old male victim was assaulted inside the Tropical Smoothie Cafe at Willow Lawn between August and December, according to Henrico Police.

Ojeda-Aquino was arrested Monday and appeared in court Tuesday morning. A judge ordered him held without bond. He is due back in court on March 17 at 1 p.m.
